 at the Engine Room on the Esplanade

Welcome to the Truro Centurions. The team trains out of two pools: Centennial Pool on the NSCC campus in Truro, and Scotia Pool on the AgriTech Park campus in Bible Hill, NS. Our team ranges in age from six to eighteen years old and are divided into five training squads: Nova Tech, Regional, Junior and Senior Provincial.

• New swimmers will now enter the sport in the "Novatech" training group which replaces the old Future League group. This reorganization places a little more emphasis on swimming skills attained rather than strictly categorizing the swimmers on the basis of their age.
